The four-wheel-drive Ford Explorer plug-in electric car is equipped with a powerful hybrid circuit composed of a 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 petrol engine as well as a 10-speed automatic transmission and an electric motor between transmission and engine that draws power from a 13.6-kWh drive battery, 45 horsepower and 82 horsepower.
